I worked with Fabian to purchase my 1st condo on Sandy Beach. I knew nothing about buying property in Mexico. Fabian was wonderful. Before I even arrived in town, he sent me lots of MLS listings to go through in order to mark the ones that interested me. He showed me many properties that fit my criteria and patiently answered my many questions throughout the process. I think the best part though was that the day that I closed escrow. He spent most of the day with me not only for the final walk through and signing, but showing me all around town. He helped me set up insurance, took me to the power company and explained the process, he introduced me to the HOA people, showed me where the vet's office is, where to exchange money and gave me tips on some great restaurants to go to! Fabian went above and beyond in order to make sure I knew the lay of the land and felt comfortable with everything. I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a terrific realtor!!

We first discovered Puerto Penasco in 2012 and fell in love with the people the town and what I would call the best beaches anywhere. On our first trip out of curiosity we wanted to look at some condos. We contacted Fabian and he was more than happy to show us a wide variety of condos and even a couple homes with no pressure to buy. We almost made an offer as we could not believe what we could get in our price range but being our first trip we decided to wait. In 2014 we made another trip and was serious about buying as I could see prices starting to pick up.
Fabian knew what we were looking for and found us an awesome condo at the Princesa. Re-Max and Reyna did all the contracts and even the closing. Thanks to the professionalism of Fabian and Reyna we are now the delighted owners of a beautiful ocean view condo in the great friendly town of Puerto Penasco .

Through your efforts we were shown several nice and spacious units, all of which fit nicely into our budget. You arranged for us to stay in a lovely condo in Las Palmas and we had a wonderful vacation as well. You answered all of our questions, provided insights into the area, followed up on all our concerns.
We ultimately found a unit at Corona del Sol which you took us to twice. You explained thoroughly the process involved in purchasing the unit and getting all of the required documents and the bank trust as well.
